To cater the needs of the Industry RATO has designed, developed and supplied Fan modules of 1U height which are 19” rack mountable units. It consists of three fans with individual failure indication.

Fan failure Detection Module (FFDM):

Fan failure detection module is used for the detection of exhaust fans failure. RATO has designed, developed and supplied these modules. The FFDM can be placed away from the exhaust fans; it is Din rail mountable unit enclosed in an enclosure of UL94 FR V0 Grade plastic. The dimensions of the unit are 45mm (H) X 75mm (W) X 105mm (D).

• Input power 240V AC
• Each module consists of three fans with speed sensors
• Micro controller based
• Each fan gives healthy or failure status indication
• 1U height 19” Rack mountable unit
• Common potential free relay contact output (4A,250V rating)
