RATO is engaged in Design, Development Manufacturing and Marketing several products with emphasis on these products viz Power supplies. Signal conditioning Modules Interface modules Digital Panel meters Custom built products and Nuclear Instruments.
RATO contributed significantly in designing. developing and manufacturing various types of Power supplies (precision, Linear and SMPS), Signal conditioning Modules Interface modules, Digital Panel meters and Bar Graph Indicators over the past 30 years and met all the requirements of the customers with necessary qualifications tests like Climatic EMI/EMC and Seismic etc. so as to cater the Industries requirements.
RATO'S strength is its strong Design. Development and Manufacturing capabilities, equipped with highly qualified & experienced personnel high standard Test & Manufacturing and Infrastructure facilities.
RATO is having its own PCB fabrication facility with LCSO certification, Automatic/Semi-outomatiocomponent pick and place machines wave soldering machines and in-house Climatic test lab facility: by which the manufacturing process cycle can be appreciably speeded up RATO is having enough capabilities to take up any volume of mass manufacturing
The company is committed to Total Quality Management. All the production indergo stringent quality checks as per Instrument Standards procedures in all the phases of production cycle. Products are tested with certified high quality test equipment with the quality assurance plan of RATO or as per the customer's quality assurance plan with joint inspections. Most of our products are complied with IS 9000/SS 55555 for Climatic tests IEC 61000/MIL-STD-461E/F for EMI/EMC and IEEE 344 for Seismic
RATO is in the process of diversifying its activity in the field of Instrumentation by developing and manufacturing smart monitors for special Measurements.
